Hasan Mustafa Ali, DO

Description

Dr. Hasan Ali is a gastroenterologist at New York Presbyterian Queens. He earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Rutgers University. Dr. Ali completed his internal medicine residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and his fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at New York Presbyterian Queens. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and board-eligible in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His clinical and research interests include steatotic liver disease, gastrointestinal endoscopy quality improvement, and complex hepatology case presentations. Dr. Ali has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and case reports in journals such as Pancreas, Cureus, and The American Journal of Gastroenterology. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Ali is actively involved in medical education, having led teaching sessions and clinical training for residents and fellows. He is a member of several professional societies, including the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association.
